We are based in Mountain Ash, and most of our work has been in the Valleys: new homes in Caerphilly county borough and retaining work for Tai Calon Community Housing in Blaenau Gwent.
We take on land and schemes across South Wales. Every area has its own ground, its own planning authority and its own drainage approvals, and the pages below cover what that means for a site there.
